This is a special shout out to library director, Brenda Hackman. I feel very grateful to be invited to talk with readers at the Hazel Mackin Community Library in Roberts, Wisconsin, for the third time. The first time I was given a table in the fireplace room to sign my first book, NO LONGER AFRAID, at their grand opening. I was thrilled to be given the chance. The second time, two winters ago, my buddies and I drove there on the coldest evening of the year so that I could talk to the book club about my ventures. Their welcome warmed us right up! The weather should be much nicer when we head that way on Thursday, November 7. This time I will chat about ENOUGH WITH THE SECRETS. All of you are invited to join in the conversation. We will start at 6:30 pm.

Meet Local Authors at Fox Den Used Books
After nine long months that included surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, I’m back in the saddle again. I didn’t have a chance to get news about “Enough with the Secrets” out there earlier, so I’m starting this week. Lucky for me there is going to be a “meet and greet the local authors” at Fox Den Used Books, downtown River Falls, on Saturday, August 17, from ten until two. River Falls has a great number of local authors who have written about a wide variety of topics. Stop in and visit with us. You won’t be disappointed.
